Biography Meddour Cherif was born on May 12, 1983 in great Kabylie. Ingéniorat He has diplomas in the Faculty of Electronics and Computer Science in 2005. He enrolled in the laboratory LINS Magister (WWW.lins.usthb.dz) in biomedical instrumentation team led by Ms. TIGHIDET. He developed Hard and soft for the acquisition and processing of ECG. He got his magister in 2010/2011. In parallel he worked in the technical developments at Mobilis (Algeria telecommunications)
