Dr. Puneet Misra is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Lucknow, Lucknow, U.P., India. He received bachelor degree (1995) in Physics and Maths and a dual Masters degree M.Sc.(Electronics) and M.C.A., and a Ph.D. degree in (2003) from the University of Lucknow.
Dr. Puneet's is currently engaged in research areas which includes Artificial Intelligent Systems, microprocessor based systems, human-computer interaction, recommender system, E-learning/virtual education, Computer Security related Issues – cyber crime and information privacy. His work has been accepted for publication in Journal of Computer Science, Proceedings of International Conference on Information Technology. He is associated with U.P. Police Surveillance as a trainer for the awareness of cyber crime and their prevention techniques.
