Biography Mohammad Tolou Askari was born in Mashhad, Iran, in 1980. He received BSc and MSc degrees in electrical power engineering at 2004, 2010 Applied Science University, Iran and UPM, Malaysia, respectively. He is currently pursuing his PhD in UPM and has authored and co-authored more than 5 scientific papers published in journals and conferences. His research interests concern loss of life of the transformer and generation expansion planning for power system
