Biography Dr. Qasim Zeeshan Ahmed received his B.Eng. degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Rawalpindi, Pakistan in 2001, MSc degree from the University of Southern California (USC) Los-Angeles, USA in 2005 and his PhD degree from the University of Southampton, UK in 2009. Currently, he works as an assistant professor at the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (NU-FAST) Islamabad, Pakistan. His research interests include mainly low-complexity UWB transceiver design, adaptive signal processing and spread-spectrum communications.
