Biography Ahmed Azab received his doctorate from University of Windsor, Canada, his bachelor and masters degrees of science from Cairo University, Egypt in Mechanical Engineering with an Industrial Engineering option. He is currently an assistant professor at the department of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems center at University of Windsor. Dr. Azab interests span production planning (in particular process design and production scheduling), CAD/CAM/CAPP and PLM, mathematical programming and non-traditional optimization. He has been receiving funding awards from a number of national granting agencies and programs (NSERC, Federal Economic Development).
