Biography Thomas Monath received the Dipl.-Ing degree in communication engineering at the University in Rostock in 1997. His current position within Deutsche Telekom Laboratories is project leader (PMP) and senior expert R&D. He is specialized in techno-economic analysis of telecommunication networks and project leader of strategic access network evolution. He has been involved in several European projects of EURESCOM, ACTS and IST, which were focused on broadband access network evolution. He is author or co-author of several papers which has been published in international telecommunications conferences and journals.
