Biography Abdelsalam Omar Elamori/ received the B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Garyounis University, Benghazi, Libya in 1988. Since 1988, he has been with General Electricity Company of Libya, first as Control and Protection Engineer and then Head of Network fault analysis Department since 2001. His work includes protection modeling, simulation for power system numerical protective relays; he has authored five technical papers.
