Biography Mohammad Neshat received his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON, Canada in 2009. His doctoral dissertation was on development of resonance-based on-chip bio-sensors in terahertz and mm-wave range. He is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Complex Materials Spectroscopy Group in Physics & Astronomy Department at the Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD, USA. His current research is focused on modelling of integrated terahertz and mm-wave antennas and devices, and development of terahertz spectroscopy and ellipsometry systems for material characterization.
