Biography
Afonso Jose de Faria was born in Pedralva, Minas Gerais, Brazil, on november, 5th, 1968. He received the Dipl.-Ing. degree in electrical engineering from the Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicacoes (INATEL) in 1992. In 2010, he joined the master degree program of INATEL and is pursuing a M.S. in telecommunication engineering. His research interests include next generation wireless networks, multiple access protocols and performance wireless network analysis.
