Biography Osman Hilmi Koçal received the B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Istanbul Technical University (Istanbul, Turkey), in 1987, 1991, and 1997, respectively. From 1991 to 2000, he was a Research Assistant in the Control and Computer Engineering Department, Istanbul Technical University, Turkey. From 2000 to 2011, he was with the Electronic Engineering Department, Uludağ University, Turkey as an Asssitant Professor. He joined the Computer Engineering Department, Yalova University, Turkey, in 2011 as an Asssistant Professor. His current research interests include adaptive signal processing algorithms, chaotic stego-analysis algorithms, chaotic signals and systems, image processing and pattern recognition.
