Biography Andrej Hrovat studied electrical engineering at University of Ljubljana. He finished his thesis in collaboration with both institutions and received B.Sc. in electrical engineering in 2004. After his basic education he joined Jožef Stefan Institute as a research assistant at the Department of Communication Systems. He become M.Sc. in 2008 and is currently a employed as young researcher and first year Ph.D. student at Jožef Stefan International Postgraduate School.
