Abdelkader ABDELMOUMENE was born in Ain Bessem, Bouira, Algeria. He received both Electromechanical Engineer and Magister Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Oil and Chemistry at the University of Boumerdes, Algeria, in 2006 and 2010 respectively. He joined the Engineering direction of the national great oil works company (subsidiary of Sonatrach Group) in 2008. His areas of interest include Power System Protection, Monitoring and Control, Safety and Reliability, Electromechanical systems and High Voltage Engineering .
