Biography Dr Makhlouf Aliouat received his softaware engeneering diploma of engineer from Cosntantine University in 1978, he received his "Diplome d'études approfondies" from national high school of informatics and applied mahemathics and PHD from National polytechnic institut of Grenoble (France)respectiveli in 1083 and 1086. His resarch domains are: distributed systems and wireless ad hoc networks. His is actually associate professor at the faculty of sciences of University ferhat Abbas in Algeria.
