Biography
Abdulfattah Adelani Aboaba is currently a PhD candidate in the department of electrical and computer engineering, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). His research interest is in Image Guided Surgery (IGS)/ Computer Aided Surgery (CAS), Image Segmentation and Analysis, Computational Oncology, and High Performance Computing (HPC). His work experience spans both academic and industry. He is a faculty member of the faculty of engineering, University of Maiduguri, Nigeria, a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), a registered engineer with Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), and a graduate member of the engineering in medicine and biology society (EMBS) of the Institute of electrical and electronics engineers (IEEE). Abdulfattah has over twenty (20) publications to his credit.
