Kerkeb Information and Telecommunications Systems Laboratory Faculty of Sciences Abdelmalek Essaadi University Tetouan, morocco 1akh.ibtissam@gmail.com- 2morad.meloui@gmail.com-3 khoulji@fp.uae.ma- 4essaaidi@ieee.org- 5and kerkebml@uae.ma- Abstract— A novel circuit consists of a Dual-band Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) operates in the 3.5 GHz and 5 GHz frequency bands WiMax and WiFi respectively. It can be used in many applications of wireless communication (GSM, WI-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, WiMax, HiperLAN, UWB, etc ...) for 3G and 4G networks. The proposed circuit is based on parallel amplifier LNAs with a single transistor ATF 10136, and band-pass filter (BPF) networks are usually used match both the input and output ports at two different bands, are matched to 50Ω without external elements, but with transistor "FET" that has a better performance, successful integration of feasibility and a low price compared with other technologies. Simulation results indicate a Noise Figure below 0.7dB and S21 above 10 dB in all frequency bands and also input and output return loss are below -10 dB for all desired frequency band while drawing 2.5mA current from a 5V power supply. Simulations of the operation of the amplifier were performed with two software’s Ansoft Designer and ADS is used to simulate the circuit and performance of the amplifier were recorded and analyzed.
