Biography Dr. Mawloud Omar is assistant professor at the university of Bejaia (Algeria) since October 2007. He is member of the Sensor Networking for Medical Applications team at the LIMED Lab. He got his PhD and Magister degrees from the University of Bejaia in 2011 and 2007 respectively. He received the engineer diploma in Computer Science from the University of Chlef in 2004. His research activities revolve around security and dependability in networks. He is looking in particular to the problems of security and availability in wireless mobile and sensor networks.
