Biography
I received a M. Sc. degree in Telecomunication Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena, Spain, in 2008. In 2009 I started at the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena (UPCT), Spain, as an assistant professor. I made a 13 week stay at the Triskell Research Group at the Université Rennes-1, France, in 2009. I obtained a Ph. D. degree (with European Mention) from the UPCT in 2012. I am currently an assistant professor (tenure track) at the Department of Information and Communication Technologies in the UPCT.
I have participated in different projects focused in model driven development, traceability, requirement engineering, home automation systems, reactive systems, service robotics and software engineering for robotics in the Division of Electronics Engineering & Systems (DSIE).
My research interests focus on the application of the model-driven software development approach to the development of component-based reactive systems with real-time constraints.
