Biography Assas Ouarda was born in Batna Algeria, in 1970. In 1994 she received the Engineering degree from the institute of electronic in the University of Batna, Algeria, and the magister degree at the same institute in 2000. Since 2000 she is working as an Assistant professor at the Department of Computer Science at the University of Msila, Algeria. Her scientific research is focusing on Digital Image Processing and the application of intelligents methods in optimisation problems.
