Dr Khalil holds a BSc degree and a master degree in 1994 and 1996 from Jordan University of Science and Technology, Irbid, Jordan. Dr. Khalil got the PhD degree in 2007 from the department of electrical and computer engineering, Purdue university, USA. Dr. Khalil is currently an associate professor and track coordinator of the Information Security Track of the College of Information Technology at the United Arab Emirates University.
