Biography Jose Alexandre Diniz got a Bachelor Degree on Physics, a Master and Ph.D. Degrees on Electrical Engineering from the State University of Campinas in 1988, 1992 and 1996, respectively. He is currently Associate Professor and Director ofthe Center of Semiconductor Components from the same university.
