Biography Shang-Pin Ma received his PhD and BS degrees in Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Central University, Chungli, Taiwan, in 2007 and 1999, respectively. He has been an Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Engineering Department, National Taiwan Ocean University, Keelung, Taiwan, since 2008. His research interests include web-based software engineering, service-oriented computing and semantic web.
