Biography Jiping Xiong received his B.S degree in electronics & communication engineering from University of Science and Technology of China in 2001, and Ph.D. degree in Communication and Information System from University of Science and Technology of China in 2006. Currently, he is an Associate Professor of Computer Engineering at Zhejiang Normal University of China. His research interests include computer engineering, networking, information security and signal processing.
