Hua-wen Chang received his Ph.D. degree in computer science and technology from Sichuan University, Chengdu, China, in 2012, and M. S. degree in computer science from Guilin University of Technology, Guilin, China, in 2007. He is currently an associate professor in Zhengzhou University of Light Industry, China. His current research interests include image and video quality assessment, image fusion, sparse representation.
