Biography
Finished ةغ B.Sc. degree in communication and software engineering from Al- Balqa Applied University in 2012. I am master student in wireless communication program at Electrical Engineering Department in Jordan University of Science and Technology (J.U.S.T) since 2012 up to now. I involved in Jordan Europe Wide Enhanced Links (JEWEL) project for scientific researches since December 2012 as research assistant and I am implementing my master thesis in the area of modeling and design of SOI transistors in Nanoscale technology with concentration at modeling of CNTFET challenges and the impact of Nanoscale parameters on it.Also I am interested in joining MOSHARAKAH since it support researches and young researches who still in the beginning of research road.
