Ahmed Saeed was born and grew up in Giza, Egypt in 1980. He studied and taught in Helwan University, School of Engineering where he received the Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering in 2004 and was ranked Second. At the beginning of 2010, Ahmed received the Master of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering degree. He is pursuing his PhD study in joint program in Ain-Shams University and University of Porto, School of Engineering in the department of Electronics & Electrical Communications. Since 2004 he has been teaching Assistant. He is an Assistant Lecturer in Future University in Egypt. He is also a Trainer, Editor,and Digital system designer. Ahmed Assisted and supervised a lot of graduation/commercial projects in the field of Signal Processing, communication systems implementation, and digital system design. His research interests are in the areas of Electronics for signal processing, implementation of communication systems and signal integrity. He published some papers in efficient implementation of the DSP blocks on an FPGA.
