Biography
Jorge Luzuriaga was born in Quito, Ecuador. He received his degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Tecnologica Equinoccial in 2008. In 2012 he received a Master degree in Computer Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de València. In the same year he is part of the research group “Grupo de Redes de Computadores” (GRC by its Spanish initials), which is part of the Communication and Information Technologies at Universitat Politècnica de València, where he started his research on mobility, mesh networks, cloud computing and smart cities.
