Curently working as an instructor at Palestine Al-Ahliya university, at the IT Department. Besides, I work as a researcher, tempus project participant and head of asissoiation of engneering in Bethlehem. Moreover, a Vice president in YEDF-NGO, Forum- Palestine. I have good experience in Software engineering, system analysis, desiging models, UML language, blended learning, and E- learning. Expert in scientific research. My Research interests: Speech synthesis, mobile computing, e-learning, experience-based systems, intelligent systems, web applications, e-business, distributed cloud computing, Human resources information systems, Using multimedia in environment and science Education and Graphical Information System.

In 2008, he was awarded the Ideal Student prize from Palestine Polytechnic University. From 2009-2010, he worked at Palestine Al- Ahliya University as a Research and Teaching Assistant. From 2010-2012, Hijazi was awarded the DAAD scholarship to do his Master’s at the University of Stuttgart in Germany in Information Technology, Communication and Media Engineering (Academic Honours). Currently, he is working at Palestine Al-Ahliya University as a Lecturer and director of the computer center. His research interests are in the following fields: Image Processing and Transmission, Information Retrieval and Data mining, Ubiquitous Computing, and Social Media E-learning.
