Biography Dr. Flora Amato is Assistant Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology of University of Napoli Federico II, Faculty of Engineering, where she carries out her research activity since 2006. She received her PhD in Computer Science and Engineering in 2009 and MS in Computer Science (Summa Cum Laude) in 2005, from the same university. Her research interests lie in semantic processing for information retrieval and extraction, knowledge management, formal modelling and verification techniques. These activities are documented by many publications in international journals and conference proceedings.
