Dr. Kunwar Singh Vaisla is Associate Professor in Department of CSE at BT Kumaon Institute of Technology, Dwarahat, District – Almora, Uttarakhand – INDIA.
He is Ph. D. in Computer Science on the topic “G2C Strategies of Uttarakhand”. His area of research are e-Governance G2C services and strategies, information delivery system, policies and procedures, constraints in implementing e-Governance projects, ecosystem for G2C services, and middleware for G2C services.
Currently he is working on Security and e-Authentication of e-Governance Service Delivery, Role Based Access Control Models and Deadlock Resolution.
He has been invited to deliver expert lecture in many International / National Conferences / Seminars / Workshops.
Recently, he delivered a talk on “Securing e-Governance” in US-Egypt Cyber Security Workshop, jointly organized by City University New York, USA & Electronic Research Institute, Egypt and funded by National Science Foundation, USA from 27th May to 30th May 2013.
He is part of Reviewers’ Committee of many International journals like P2PTM, IJAIA and IJCSEA of AIRCC, Australia; IJCSIS, Pittsburgh, USA; IJCA, New York, USA; IJCNS, Austria, Vienna; IJCTE and IJET, IACSIT Press, Singapore; IJCSI, Republic of Mauritius; IJSTM, VA, USA; and Educational Research and Reviews etc.
He has also served as Advisory / Programme Committee Member and Paper Reviewer of many International Conferences like SAI-2013, ICCSEA-2013, ITCA-2012, WEST-2012, IMECS 2012 etc.;
He has organized many Workshop, Faculty Development Programmes and Training Programs for the Faculty Members and Students.
He has edited one Book, authored 06 Books, 07 chapters in Edited Books and 25 research papers in various reputed International Journals, International / National Conference Proceedings.
He is serving as founder Chair Uttarakhand ACM Professional Chapter, Senior Member of IEEE and life member of many professional societies like CSI, ISC, ISTE, IAENG, IACSIT etc.
