Ms. Sumathi Ayyalusamy, developed an interest towards Photonics during her Bachelor‘s specializing in Electronics and Communication Engineering. She pursued Masters in Lasers and Electro-Optical Engineering and joined with Indian Space Research where she worked with optical gyroscopes for Navigation and LIDAR for Remote sensing applications. Presently she is working on miniaturized photonics devices for sensing applications integrating with fabrication technologies of CMoS.
