Biography Abstract: An important program of deployment and development of the radiocommunication is doing in the world; the aim of our work is linked directly to kept energy usage very low in this network, and there are still great opportunities to reduce CO2 emissions to save the nature. In hence, our study permit the adapted utilization of the solar power in radiocommunications domain, this solution is very useful to change the polluted energy (diesel) by the green energy (solar power). Also the solar energy is considered as durable installation of the « ecologic telecoms ». We have elaborated, developed and implemented one informatics program which is composed of many modules. The first data-processing module specifies the scope of application, namely mobile telecommunication. Our initially work; is study, conception and development of one informatics program to help us in the dimensioned of the telephony mobile network. This developed tool makes it possible to estimate the number of transmitters which will give us uniform and continuous electromagnetic wave propagation; these transmitters are needed to cover one specific area. The optimal dimensioning of the number of transmitters is useful to minimize the additional energy consumption of the transmitters. This optimization permits to optimize the optimal utilization of the energy consumption and help us to reduce the number of the panel solar used. Then, other data processing module is developed and dedicated to deploy the solar energy to powered one GSM site transmitter. This module concern the photovoltaic system sizing need to power the transmitters and ensured its autonomy. At the end, one economic benchmarking has been done between the cost of the diesel solution alone and the hybrid solution based on photovoltaic and diesel to illustrate the importance to deploy the power station based on the photovoltaic modules.
