Hirohisa Taguchi was born in Akita, Japan, on January 31, 1974. He received the B.S. degree in engineering from the Tokyo University of Science, Japan, in 1999, and the M.S. degree in engineering and Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering from the Tokyo University of Science, Japan, in 2001 and 2007, respectively.
Since joining the Advance Technology Center, Laboratories Section, New Japan Redio Co., LTD, Saitama, in 2001-2004, he has worked on 76GHz-band Extremely High Frequency radar and microstrip-line for Extremely High Frequency.
Since 2004, he has been engaged in research on High Electron Transistor composed of InP-based material systems at the Tokyo University of Science, Japan. Currently, he is an Associate Professor of Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Chukyo University, Aichi, Japan.
Dr. Taguchi is a member of the IEEE and Japan Society of Applied Physics.
