Biography	Markus Petri received his Dipl.-Ing. (MSEE) from TU Berlin, Germany, in 2006 and his Dr.-Ing. (Ph.D.) from BTU Cottbus, Germany, in 2012. Up to 2009, he worked in the field of vision sensors and vision components for industrial automation, where he developed an optical particle sensor for mass spectrography, a 3D-TOF-system and high-speed digital cameras. Since 2009, he is with IHP Microelectronics in Frankfurt (Oder), Germany. His research interests include digital systems for ultra-high data rates and systems concepts for future wireless broadband communications. Markus Petri received the Erwin-Stephan-Price in 2008 and was an e-fellows.net stipendiary from 2004 to 2006.
