Biography Mr. Qusai Shambour is a Doctoral candidate in the School of Software, Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Australia. He is a member of the Decision Systems and e-Service Intelligence Research Lab. His main research interests include the area of e-Service intelligence, web personalization, recommender systems and e-Government developments and applications.
