Biography
Dr. Mohammed S. BenSaleh received the M.S and Ph.D. Degrees in electrical engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey, USA and North Carolina Agricultural and Technical (A&T) State University, North Carolina, USA in 2001 and 2005, respectively. In 2009, he joined King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), the national research agency of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as a Research Assistant Professor. He is currently the Director of Micro Sensors and Devices (MSD) division at the National Electronics, Communications and Photonics Center (ECP) of KACST, where he is leading a team of 50 engineers who are involved in designing cutting-edge Integrated Circuits and MEMS devices for different applications.
He played a key role in establishing a national IC design center in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He is currently managing several multi-million dollar projects. He has served as a consultant for several public and private organizations in Saudi Arabia.
