Biography Abdallah Ababneh received his Dipl.-Ing. (B. Sc. + M.Sc.) and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Saarland University/ Germany in 2002 and 2009, respectively.He is currently an Associate Professor at Yarmouk University/ Jordan. His research interests include MEMS, characterization of thin films, piezoelectric thin films and microresonators.
