Biography
Qinghua Shi received his Ph.D. degree in wireless communications from Southeast University, China, in 2000. From Sept. 2000 to Jan. 2003, he worked as a Research Scientist in Centre for Wireless Communications, University of Oulu, Finland. From Feb. 2003 to Jan. 2005, he was a Research Fellow in the Department of Electric Engineering, City University of Hong Kong. From Feb. 2005 to Jan. 2008, he was with Nanyang Technological University, Singapore as a Research Fellow. He joined the University of Electro-Communications, Tokyo, Japan as a tenure-track assistant Professor in Feb. 2008. His research interests include wireless communications and related information theory and signal processing techniques.
