Biography Mirosław Klinkowski is an Associate Professor at the Department of Transmission and Optical Technologies at the National Institute of Telecommunications in Warsaw, Poland. He received the Ph.D. degree (2008) from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, Spain, and the D.Sc. (habilitation) degree (2013) from Warsaw University of Technology, Poland. He has co-authored several book chapters and over 110 papers presented in leading journals and conference proceedings. His research interests concentrate on algorithm design, modelling, and optimization in communication networks.
