Biography Meriem Kassar Ben Jemaa received the B.E degree in Computer Networks and Telecommunication from the National Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology, INSAT, Tunisia, in 2004, the M.S and Ph.D degrees in Networks from University of Paris 6, UPMC, France, 2005 and 2009 respectively. Since 2010, she is working at the National Engineering School of Tunis, ENIT, Tunisia, as assistant/researcher. Her research interests include Heterogeneous Wireless Networks, Mobility Management and Mobile Cloud Computing.
