Biography
DR. ASHWANI KUMAR DUBEY is President of Environment and Social Welfare Society, Khajuraho and Editor-in-Chief of "International Journal of Global Science Research, India". He is currently working as Officer, Information Technology, Maharaja Chhatrasal Bundelkhand University, Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.
He did M. Sc. in Zoology with specialization of Ichthyology in 1991 from Awadhesh Pratap Singh University, Rewa, Madhya Pradesh. He obtained his Ph. D. Degree in 1995 entitled "Responses of Antioxidants, Lipid-protein Interactions and Lipid Peroxidation in Heteropneustes fossilis to oxidative damage exposure" from School of Studies in Zoology, Vikram University, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. His research field was Biochemistry, Free Radical Biology, Toxicology and Stress Monitoring. He has published several research papers in Foreign Journals including Pergamon press UK & USA to his credit. He published many popular science articles, Delivered Lectures and broadcasted Science Talk by All India Radio for the Student and Social Welfare.
He joined as a Scientist, Research & Development in the Rank Industries Ltd., Nellore, in Andhra Pradesh State in 1995. During this service period he served for Pathological and Water Quality Assurance in Aquaculture Division. Then in 1998 he was appointed as an Assistant Professor of Zoology at RBS College, Rajnagar. He managed the College through a major transformation of its research and teaching. He played a major role in the design and construction of a new Fisheries Demonstration Centre at Godavari Estate, Nahdora-Khajuraho, India. In 2004 he became Guest Lecturer of Zoology, in Higher Education Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh. For most of his career his research interests have focused on the Biodiversity, Environmental Impact Assessment and Bio-Resources Conservation.
Under the able guidance of Executive Director Dr. Ashwani, the ESW Society has curved the niche through various activities, programs and awareness camp to promote the case of Environment and social welfare. Apart from this, the Society established Godavari Academy of Science and Technology in 2010 to promote scientific awareness for environmental conservation awareness through seminar, workshop, conference and symposium. To support the case of environment awareness through scientific thinking and reasoning, the society has started International Journal of Global Science Research (IJGSR) providing a huge platform for academic interaction through research papers and analytical interpretation.
Dr. Ashwani awarded many prestigious awards by National and International institution. He is a regular member and fellow of important scientific societies and also in editorial board member Research Journals in India, America, United Kingdom, Egypt, France, Romania, Syria, Nepal and Japan. And he is an Advisor of Research Board of America, USA.
Currently Awarded by Editorial Excellence Award-2017 by I2OR India.
He has devoted his life in Academic and Scientific research because of not having fulltime employment. He is currently working on Impact of environmental degradation, global health, natural resource, wildlife conservation and stress monitoring.
His personal interests include Reading, Writing, Traveling and Photography.
