Biography
Nadir Bouchama is a full-time researcher at the CERIST Research Center in Algiers. He obtained his State Engineer diploma from the University of Tizi Ouzou in 2002, and the Magister degree from the University of Bejaia in 2005. In April 2014, he was granted the Medal of Scientific Innovation from the Algerian Directorate-General for Scientific Research and Technological Development (DGRSDT) for the national research project “E-tawaari’: Système d’Aide à la Gestion des Secours”. He was a Member in the organising committee of the IEEE ICT-DM’2014 conference, and served as a Reviewer for many international conferences and journals. His main research interests include smarti cities, intelligent transportation systems, quality of service, ad hoc networks, ICT-based disaster management, internet of things, and performance evaluation of wireless networks.
