Philip Moore has been awarded a Ph.D addressing personalisation in intelligent context-aware systems. He is Adjunct Professor and Master Supervisor at the School of Information Science and Engineering, Lanzhou University and is a Guest Professor at the Shandong Normal University, China. His work has been presented in international conferences and has been published in conference proceedings, journal articles, and books. He has served on program committees and as an organizer for international conferences. He is a reviewer for conferences, journals and books. He is on the editorial board of journals and has acted as a Workshop, Track, and Program Chair for International Conferences.
