Biography
Ali Jahami, BEng, ME, is presently Civil Engineer instructor, Faculty Engineering at Beirut Arab University (BAU)-Lebanon. His academic career began in 2013 as an Autodesk Structural trainer at Expertise training center (ETC) and had an Autodesk professional trainer certificate in REVIT STRUCTURE, ARCHITECTURE and ROBOT STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS. In 2015 he enrolled in BIM MODELING technology in ABC Verdan project with ETC. Also, he started working as a CSI structural trainer (ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000,...). During that time he started his Master Research at BAU in structural engineering domain. His research topic was "Numerical Analysis of RC Beams Subjected to Blast Loads". In 2017 he started his Ph.D. studies in the same major. His Research will study the effect of high speed hitting objects on structural elements and the methods of rehabilitation. In conjunction with his Ph.D. studies, Engineer Ali is enrolling in several research topics in Construction materials and concrete structures.
