Biography
He received the Ph.D. degree from Technical University of Catalonia (UPC), Barcelona. He is an R&D Engineer/Researcher at the Telecommunications Technological Center of Catalonia (CTTC). He is involved in some European H2020 and National 5G/6G projects, and he was awarded the first patent connected to the H2020 5G-SOLUTIONS project. He was a secondee at NEC Lab Europe and had scientific missions at TUM, TUHH, and UdG. He won multiple European, Government, and IEEE Grants and Fellowship. He is an active member of IEEE Young Professionals and IEEE Spain - Technical Activities and Standards. He serves as Organizing, Chairing, Reviewer, and TPC member in IEEE and Guest Editor in Elsevier. He is working in the Services as NetworkS (SaS) research unit at CTTC on his brainchild for 6G networks.
