Biography My name is Rand Haidar Abu-alward.i get my MSC degree from university of technology / applied science collage / material science department.My field study is photodetectors manufactured from sensitivity nanoparticles. i succeeded to prepare nano-gold solution and nano-silver solution by laser device and add them separately to the mixture of Polystyrene/Methyl orange and casting over pieces of silicon.I have one patent of my thesis.
