Biography
I am Akram Alhussein, Associate Professor at the University of Technology of Troyes in France (Since 2012). I got my PhD thesis in mechanics of materials from the University of Lorraine-Metz in France in 2010. Between July 2011 and June 2012, I worked at the University of Technology of Compiègne (UTC) as a Researcher to develop a new grade of spheroidal graphite cast iron. Since September 2012, my research projects are focused on surface treatment and multifunctional coatings, more and more developed and used in different sectors: Energy, biomedical, aeronautic, nuclear, automotive, maritime...etc. I am a leader of many projects and a supervior of many PhD students. I am teaching many courses: Mechanics of materails, Metallic materials, Strength of materials, Mechanic of solide,...etc. I have developed cooperative projects with Polytechnic school of Lausanne in Switzerland, Lebanese university, Tizi-Ouzou and Khenchela universities in Algeria,...
