Biography
Professor Abdelkrim Khireddine was born in Béjaïa (Algeria) in 1956. He received a B.S in mathematics in 1978, from university of Constantine, an engineering degree. in telecommunication from the university of Oran with honors in 1981 and M.SC. in Electronics from the University of Setif in Algeria, in 1994 a Ph.D. in Communication from the University of Setif in 2006. He began work at the Telecommunication minister in 1981, was selected as supervisor in 1983, and later joined the Division communication bejaia center. Pr Khireddine was promoted to teach as associated professor in 1985, in the university of Msila, then bejaia. Pr. Khireddine was awarded a fellowship from the university of bejaia. was one of the founding members of the steering committee of the IEE society Research from 2005-2007 under the number 8544624, and an official reviewer of Advanced in modelling systems in the enterprise journals from 1999-2003. He was a member of the Scientific program committee member of international group of e-system research and application (TIGERA), (Tunis 2008), and was a Honorary committee member of WSEAS Conference, Bucharest, Romania, October 16-18, 2006, and MCMS'3 conference, 26-27 june 2003, Reggio Calabry (Italy) . As an expert in the field of Telecommunication, Pr. khireddine regularly chairs international committees and sessions at national meetings, as well as organizes meetings, symposia, and workshops. He was the president of the First International Congress on Telecommunication 2009–and edited a special issue of numerical transmission in 2006. He serves on the Editorial Board of Medgreen conference in libanon 2011, ICEEA10, cnt12 and cisp13 conference scientific committee, and the journal of the AMSE society. And Scientific and Technical Committee & Editorial Review Board on Engineering and Applied Sciences in 2011.
