Biography
As my CV indicates, in July 2015, I was graduated with distinction grade level 3.72/4.0 in Management and MBA from Adigrat university in July 2019 with CGPA 3.87. In regard to the current political and economic circumstance, proper leadership and management can prevent any company from going bankrupt and failing particularly in Ethiopia. This has convinced me to confirm my decision to study further in parallel with my previous degree.
I also have a 4-year work experience in the public procurement Department and customer service Department of Amhara National Regional State public procurement and property disposal Agency and Dashen Bank S. C based this I was privileged to have the chance to take up some marketing and customer handling/management strategy tasks. I learned the necessity of having efficient communication skills and dealing with different people.
I am currently working in the higher education sector at Adigrat University. During this time I have acquired a sound overall knowledge of leading basic management principles/functions, tools, and practices with an emphasis on managing a business and its systems. However, I feel the need to enhance my management skills, knowledge, and experience with critical business analysis in order to achieve higher positions throughout my career path.
Working on different companies such as the banking industry, purchasing & public procurement and education sector has given me insight into how management functions are executed. Particularly banking & public procurement consists of different management practices from various perspectives. I worked very closely with the managing activities, and in fact, I was challenged with some critical management tasks. This has proven to me that I have managerial skills, the need for educational development although training and direction are essential in order to apply them appropriately. Being employed in a multidisciplinary company I have always wanted to be involved with the work on which the Management sector gives focus. I am amazed at how easy some activities can lead to failure by dreadful management practices
Generally, my personal attributes include leadership and creativity as well as analytical and problem-solving skills. I interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. I can adapt any situation easily and quickly such as when I go far to my neighbors for a BA degree in Tigray I adapt the weather, culture and their language in six months. And also I have done on project work and quality assurance project both of which are still functioning well. Now also I am on the way to accomplish one large project that can be implemented in the Tigray region.
