Biography Christos Sardianos is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Informatics & Telematics at Harokopio University of Athens. He also holds an MSc in the area of Web Engineering and a BSc in Electronics Engineering. The research area of his Ph.D. is “Knowledge Mining from Large Scale Social Networks”. His main research topics of interest include Data Mining, Recommender Systems, Social Network Analysis, Machine Learning, and knowledge extraction. He has participated in numerous EU, international and national funded projects including Fortissimo (FP7), Palo Analytics, ICT4Growth, DemocracIT and MASTER (H2020).
