I started my research journey from my M.Sc. major project, in which I regenerated the analytical model for Silicon-On-Nothing by incorporating additional buffer layer to improve its analog performance. During my Ph.D, I had developed a fully analytical drain current model for RingFET and Double Gate RingFET architecture for investigating the analog behavior of the device. Also in order to investigate the digital performance of the device architectures I had simulated n-MOS inverter circuit. Impact of various device engineering techniques was also investigated for proposed device architectures. I had also developed a web based platform using python, HTML and CSS, to investigate the characteristics of the various RingFET architectures.
